2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account and use any part of the n999game platform. This age requirement applies to all players regardless of their city or region within Pakistan, and is non-negotiable.
2.2 Identity Verification. n999game is required by its licensing authority to verify the identity and age of all registered players. Verification is conducted via CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) submission. Accounts that cannot be verified within the required timeframe may be suspended pending document review.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one active n999game account only. The one-account policy is enforced through CNIC matching, mobile number verification, device fingerprinting, and IP address analysis. Players found to be operating more than one account will have all associated accounts permanently closed and any funds held may be confiscated.
2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. Players who have previously self-excluded from n999game or any affiliated platform are not eligible to register a new account during the period of self-exclusion. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious violation of these Terms.
2.5 Capacity. You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not registering under duress or at the instruction of another party.
3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n999game username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. n999game will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.3 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify n999game support immediately at [email protected]. n999game may suspend your account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
3.4 Account Currency. All n999game accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated.
3.5 Account Inactivity. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. n999game reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. Any remaining balance will not be confiscated without prior notification and a reasonable opportunity to log in and withdraw funds.

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. n999game does not charge a fee for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which n999game accepts no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player must have completed identity verification as described in Section 2.2. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the n999game account. Third-party withdrawals — that is, transferring funds to any account not belonging to the registered player — are strictly prohibited.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. n999game targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK are typically completed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to Section 5 and the specific terms of any promotion claimed.
4.6 Refused Deposits. n999game reserves the right to refuse or return a deposit where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, the deposit will be returned to its source payment method where technically feasible.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by n999game are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated within each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or to the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the n999game platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live dealer games, and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates (e.g., 100%, 50%, or 10%). Games excluded from wagering contribution will be clearly identified in the promotion terms.
5.4 Bonus Validity. All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issuance. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus remains active will void the previous bonus and any associated wagering progress.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on n999game are subject to acceptance by the platform. n999game reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects erroneous odds, system errors, or fraudulent activity.
6.2 Odds. Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed and accepted. Once a bet is accepted, the odds at time of acceptance are fixed and will not be altered, except where a void applies per these rules.
6.3 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting on n999game covers PSL matches, Pakistan international fixtures, T20 World Cup, bilateral ODI and Test series, and other scheduled cricket events. Match abandonment, rain interruptions, and result reversals due to DRS or official review are governed by the cricket-specific betting rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. In the absence of specific cricket rules, standard international sports betting industry practice applies.
6.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the bet was placed on an event that had already commenced at the time of placement; erroneous odds were published due to a technical or human error; or where applicable match-specific void rules are triggered. Void bets result in the stake being returned to the player's account balance.
6.5 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. n999game cannot guarantee uninterrupted in-play betting availability and accepts no liability for bets not placed due to temporary suspension of in-play markets during live events.
6.6 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed within the sports betting interface. Winnings exceeding published limits will be paid up to the stated maximum only.
7.1 Game Availability. The n999game casino and slots lobby is subject to change. Games may be added, removed, or temporarily suspended for maintenance without advance notice. n999game accepts no liability for the unavailability of any specific game title.

7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, all affected game rounds are void. n999game will return any affected stakes to the player's account balance. Wins generated as a direct result of a documented system malfunction will not be honoured and are not payable.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n999game platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

12.3 n999game's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 n999game accepts no liability for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment processor failures.
13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your n999game account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days of account closure confirmation.
13.2 Termination by n999game. n999game reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where: a breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected; a player is found to be ineligible under Section 2; prohibited conduct under Section 8 is identified; or continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, n999game reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and any balance that cannot be verified as legitimately deposited and wagered. Real-money deposits that are not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player subject to verification and applicable anti-money-laundering checks.
14.1 n999game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication to the n999game website. Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations, n999game will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email or on-platform notification.
14.2 If you do not accept an amended version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n999game holds its gaming licence. Players accessing the platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with any applicable local laws.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, players should first contact n999game's customer support team. We aim to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days.
